using our services. By booking a stay at The Central Guesthouse, you confirm your
acceptance and agreement to abide by the following policies:
Reservation and Payment
• To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and most major bank cards.
• The Central Guesthouse reserves the right to charge the total booking amount
upon confirmation of the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Refundable Bookings
• Cancellations made at least three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date are
eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations made less than three (3) days before arrival, the full cost of the
stay will be charged.
• No-shows or early departures will be charged for the full duration of the booking.
Non-Refundable Bookings
• The total booking price will be charged at the time of booking.
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in is available from 14:00h.
• Check-out is by 11:00h.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may
incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during
their stay. A refundable security deposit may apply.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged
for violations of this policy.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Violation of this
policy may result in additional charges.
Liability
• The Central Guesthouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to
guests' personal belongings.
• The Guesthouse is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that
may occur during your stay.
Privacy Policy
• The Central Guesthouse respects your privacy. Personal information collected
during the reservation process will only be used for booking purposes and will
not be shared with third parties.
Services and Amenities
• While we strive to provide all advertised services and amenities, The Central
Guesthouse reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior
notice.
Force Majeure
• The Central Guesthouse is not liable for any disruptions caused by events
beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government
regulations, or acts of terrorism.
Jurisdiction
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of Malta.
By making a reservation at The Central Guesthouse, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Central Guesthouse
reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice
